When will you first meet? Crews start meeting the week of February 9, 2026.
Please note, meeting space at the Chester Venue is very limited. At this time we only have space available on Monday evenings. Your Crew may meet at your home, at a neighborhood Club House, library, or coffee shop to name a few places.
While your Crew may choose to meet fewer than 12 weeks, our last week of Crews for the Spring Session will be the week of May 2, 2026.
Most week day Crews start their meetings at 6:30pm or 7:00pm. Saturday Crews are able to meet earlier. Sunday Crews should not have a start time during Service times.
If you are requesting to use the Chester Venue please list any items you would like access to in the room. (TV, DVD player, HDMI Cable, Tables, Chairs, etc..) Briefly describe how you want the room to look. Chairs in a line, semi circle?
We will have childcare available on Monday and Tuesday evenings at the Chester Venue for crews who have room reservations. It will be $20 per family per quarter.
We will send you a link to share with your Crew Members to register their children.
Please submit a picture for us to use for your crew page. It would be best if it was a single portrait or enough space around your person to crop just you.
